2015 has been a record year for Beech Developments and 2016 is set to be a bumper year too. Following the success of our Gwel Y Castell development, the Gwel Y Mynydd development has continued in very much the same vein. Out of 66 properties, only a handful are available for reservation and occupation in early 2016.

The Beech team have recently secured planning permission on three key sites, one of which will see Beech Head Office move to prime new-build offices off Narrow Lane, Llandudno Junction. Beech will take 2,000 sq. ft. of office space and will look to let out the remaining 6,000 sq. ft. to small and medium sized enterprises. The offices will be built with sustainability in mind and will also have the added advantage of being air conditioned. Office spaces can be tailored to meet all sizes of business, and those in particular looking for 150 to 6,000 sq. ft. We can also offer a bespoke internal design fit-out option for those clients who wish to tailor space to their needs. This will see the first commercial project for Beech Developments, a side to the business that Beech are keen to expand in the future.

We have also obtained planning permission for 46 new residential units in Dwygyfylchi. The properties will consist of two to four bedroom family homes and will be built in 2016.

Beech have recently secured a planning permission for 28 units which will see much needed Social Housing in Llanfairfechan. We hope to commence the development in September 2015.

We have been busy submitting planning applications which will see the start of the delivery of a further 150 homes to the local area in 2016/17. All told Beech Developments have over 450 new homes in the pipeline. Watch this space and keep an eye out for our up and coming developments.
