All Wales National Award for Local House Builder
Staff of Beech Developments are getting ready to hot-foot it to Cardiff to collect their prestigious accolade - the All Wales National Award 2017 for ‘Best Volume New Housing Site’ for Phase 3 of the Gwel Y Mynydd Development, off Narrow Lane, Llandudno Junction.
A member of the Welsh Government will present the National award-winning team with this momentous honour at a presentation ceremony at the Wales Principality Stadium in Cardiff on Friday 22nd September 2017.
The local house builders beat of stiff competition from 16 authorities competing in the South and 6 in the North. So, to come top of the Category from 21 other nominations is a fantastic achievement. The criteria to be met and to win at this level, the development would need to be up and above the standards raised.
The judges were impressed by the standard and specification of Beech homes and the environment in which they are situated. It promotes sustainability and includes the latest eco-friendly measures to maximise energy-efficiency, helps to protect the development and its surrounding areas from flooding.
Multi award-winning team at Beech Developments says; “We are thrilled to be going to Cardiff to collect this significant award. It’s an incredible achievement and a true team effort. It’s been a truly astounding year for us having won ‘Best Volume Developer’ for both the Local – Conwy County and the Regional - North Wales category just a few months ago. This will be the fourth award for the 128-home development on the outskirts of Llandudno Junction, over the last two years.
