Local House Builder Scoops three Accolades at LABC Excellence Awards
Staff of Beech Developments are celebrating after they were accredited with the Best Volume Developer Award in both the Local – Conwy County category and the Regional – North Wales category at the Local Authority Building Control (LABC) North Wales Excellence Awards 2017.
The site manager, Dick Bradley, was also highly commended for his work - in the Project Manager Award - putting him among the top three site managers in the county.
Dick, 47, has worked for Beech Developments for four years heading-up a team of 60 plus contractors on the Gwel Y Mynydd site off Narrow Lane on the edge of Llandudno Junction.
The 128-home development on the outskirts of Llandudno Junction has been nominated by Local Authority Building Control Officers for two years on the trot. Awe-struck by the standard and specification of Beech homes which proudly promotes sustainability - includes the latest eco-friendly measures to maximise energy efficiency and help to protect the development and surrounding areas from flooding.
