Own the Home of your Dreams with Help to Buy-Wales
Beech Developments, a local award-winning
home-builder, has welcomed news that a government initiative designed to help
more people climb on and up the property ladder is being extended.
The Welsh Assembly Government recently announced that
Help to Buy-Wales will continue until 2021, providing a further £291m
investment to help thousands more families access the finance required to
purchase their new home.
In response to the announcement, Conwy-based Beech Developments
plans to host a series of Help To Buy-Wales
events to make local residents aware of the scheme and find out about the legal
process associated with Help-To Buy-Wales.
As well as receiving expert advice, visitors to the
events will also be invited to an exclusive preview where they can see the
plans for the latest Beech development - Gwel Y Mor. A stunning brand-new development at Dwygyfylchi
which offers a range of two, three and four bedroom energy-efficient new homes
which all qualify under the Help to Buy-Wales scheme. There’s a choice of designs, tailored to
suite any lifestyle, and Help To Buy prices start from £99,160.

Matthew Gilmartin, Managing Director of Beech Developments says: “We understand that it can be difficult to get on the housing ladder and putting money aside for large deposits can be a struggle. Help to Buy-Wales has been a huge success since it was introduced and has helped thousands more people onto the housing ladder with smaller deposits and shared equity schemes.
“In Conwy County, the benefits of this scheme have proven to be profound, enabling older buyers to downsize into modern, warm, energy-efficient homes and giving necessary support to families and couples becoming homeowners for the first time.
“All our properties qualify for the Help to Buy scheme and 95% of our homes are purchased by local buyers here in Conwy County. So, if you are looking to buy a new house to get your foot on the property ladder, or you want to make that all-important move, then this event is right up your street. Book your place and come along to find out more.”
