Residents Now Living In 'Award-Winning' Community

We are delighted to announce we are the winners of Residential Development of the Year Award at the Insider Media Wales Property Awards 2018, for the Gwel y Mor development, in Dwygyfylchi.

We’re really proud to have stood up against four other shortlisted high quality national developments, all of which put us through our paces with the very tough judging panel. Now the of residents in Gwel Y Mor can say they truly do live in an prize-winning development!

Judges recognised our work in promoting local employment and sustainability during a £5.1m investment in Conwy’s thriving community. The property market in Wales has been evolving at a fast pace in recent years and we aim to continue to lead in building new developments that focus on long-lasting, high quality and environmentally conscious homes. 

Purchase Ledger Clerk, Keeleigh and Customer Care Manager, Jane from our team were there to collect the Insider Wales Property Award at Cardiff City Hall last month.
