Following a series of financial and management positions within the housing and accounting industry, Heledd Owens will now head-up the day-to-day finance function for Beech Developments, based in Llandudno Junction, and help contribute to the future growth of the business.
Heledd said: “I’m thrilled to take up the position as financial controller. Beech Developments has an excellent reputation as an employer and I am looking forward to getting to know the team.”

She later worked for Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd (CCG), a housing association were she gained invaluable experience within the capital refurbishment and new build department, progressing from management accountant to deputy head of finance, before moving to Beech this Summer.
“Beech Developments has grown a lot over the past few years and I really love how innovative they are,” added Heledd. “I’m looking forward to what the future holds with Beech.”
