Coronavirus Statement From Beech Developments

Following the most recent UK Government announcement, we have decided to make the difficult decision to halt construction on all sites across North Wales until further notice. This has been made through moral obligation with the safety of our staff, contractors and suppliers, and the wider public and the NHS in mind.

We will be contacting all homebuyers affected by the closure to discuss the change to their completion date for property handovers. We will be reviewing the situation daily and notify homebuyers should there be any further changes.

As a home builder just about to celebrate our 25th anniversary, this is an unprecedented time and the decision has not been made lightly, so we please ask for your patience and understanding during this difficult time.

The office will continue to operate and staff will be working from home.  We will be on hand to assist with any enquiries. Thank you.
