BRYN HEULOG

BRYN HEULOG OFF PENTYWYN ROAD, DEGANWY, CONWY.

About Bryn Heulog

Beech Developments would like to introduce our newest development Bryn Heulog, located in the highly sought-after Deganwy village, North Wales.  We have now commenced construction of 110 plots which will include a combination of high quality 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes surrounded by attractive landscaping, open spaces and a children’s play area.

Set amidst the Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno and the Medieval village of Conwy, Deganwy offers a prime position on the idyllic Conwy Estuary.  In 2002 major improvements began at the former Deganwy dock to create a prestigious quayside development.  The Deganwy Marina opened in 2004 followed by an award-winning luxury hotel, The Quay Hotel & Spa.

A walk or cycle along the picturesque Conwy estuary leads down to the Conwy RSPB nature reserve.  The 114-acre site opened in 1995, designed to replace wildlife habitats after the construction of the A55 expressway.  Now a prime environmental asset, the nature reserve offers spectacular sights and a diverse range of events and activities throughout the year.

Deganwy is nestled in an area rich in history.  The Deganwy Castle, dating back to the 6th century, once stood at the top of the Vardre, a hill with twin summits.  The ruins are visible from the Vardre today and provide uninterrupted panoramic views across the estuary, including the awe-inspiring Conwy Castle.

Deganwy village is only a short walking distance from the development and is host to an endearing collection of restaurants and boutiques.  The Deganwy shore and promenade provide a coastal footpath stretching to the west shore of Llandudno.  The annual Deganwy Prom Day event held on the promenade draws in large crowds of visitors.  Spoilt for choice, Deganwy and the surrounding areas provide plenty of activity and leisure facilities for all the family, whether it be walks in the countryside, bike rides along the National Cycle Route 5, a round of golf or a trip to the cinema.

Bryn Heulog is a short distance away from local schools including Ysgol Deganwy and Ysgol Awel y Mynydd primary schools and Ysgol Aberconwy, Ysgol John Bright and Ysgol y Creuddyn secondary schools.  Deganwy train station and bus routes allow for convenient travelling to towns and cities across North Wales and beyond.  The nearby A55 Expressway provides access links to Chester, Manchester, London and Holyhead.

Whether you are a first-time buyer or a home mover, you can benefit from the Welsh Government’s Help to Buy scheme on our homes at Bryn Heulog.
