Not only have our homes sold in record time in 2019, but in the last five months from July to November, we have handed over more than 60 new homes, with a further 14 in December. That means just over 12 homes a month have bought by new residents in the six months leading up to Christmas - a statistic we are very proud of here at Beech Developments! It not only means that our dedicated sales team have worked hard to bring the sales to fruition, but our construction and management teams have worked tirelessly to get the new homes ready just in time for Christmas. Well done to everyone!
The Sycamores Success Story: Our first apartment-only development, The Sycamores, sold out this year and we now have a range of happy residents living in the prestigious development in Colwyn Bay.
Caernarfon Proves Popular: Cae'r Ysgol, although still being built, has proved very popular in Gwynedd - with 80% of the homes sold off plan in the first few months. Just a few three-bedroom properties remain!
