Beech Developments Wins New Contract for Social and Affordable Homes in North Wales
Beech Developments is proud to announce that it has successfully been awarded a contract to design and build 24 new homes on behalf of ADRA, one of North Wales’ largest housing associations.
The site located in the village of Dinas, near Caernarfon, Gwynedd will comprise of 12 private open market homes for ADRA’s subsidiary Medra division, and 12 affordable homes which will include, a specialist 6-bedroom 8-person property specifically designed and constructed for fully assisted living.
Beech Developments Managing Director, Matthew Gilmartin said: “The contract award for this scheme is a testament to the hard work and quality produced by the team and this project will follow on from the completion of our first joint scheme with ADRA at Cae’r Ysgol, Caernarfon. The project will see job creation and certainty for up to 50 site personnel and tradesmen, along with further benefits to local suppliers and economy.”
The development is scheduled to commence in the Summer of 2020, with completion expected in the Autumn of 2021.
