First Denbighshire Housing Development Given Go Ahead

Beech Developments is delighted to reveal plans for their latest development in Llandyrnog, Denbighshire. The scheme for 40 units will follow Beech Developments sustainable principles to the development and will encompass renewable heat sources and sustainable drainage solutions. The scheme is expected to start later this year and will be completed in Summer 2022.


Managing Director Matthew Gilmartin said: “We are delighted to be able to offer our new vision sustainable homes to the Village of Llandyrnog. Not only will we look to employ local trades to help with the construction of the homes, but the scheme will also see the delivery of four affordable units for local needs and will be the first development for Beech in Denbighshire. Whilst striving for quality, we also look to reduce buyers energy costs associated with running their new home and these homes will feature renewable heat sources and will be designed to reduce each homeowners carbon footprint.
